Intermountain has produced a very nice series of N-scale autoracks, and the all-black CN car with silver roof is a stunning example of prototypical rendering. The photo etched sides of the car are excellently manufactured! The brass door ends are equally nicely done. There are hand applied metal grab irons and cut outs on the doors. The paint job is very nicely applied and, except for the very smallest of print, is readable under magnification. Metal brake rigging below the deck is nice. The Micro-Trains metal wheel sets and couplers are another plus that contribute to the looks and the very smooth operation of the rack. This is a very nice car and if you operate racks on your layout, this car would be an excellent car to have in your fleet. This car easily rates Five stars as does Midwest Model Railroad for its inventory and outstanding customer service.
