Description
The AC Spark Plug Company was founded on October 26, 1908 by Albert Champion and William C. Durant in Flint, Michigan. It's industry was spark plugs and automobile parts and its headquarters were in Flint, Michigan and Grand Blanc, Michigan. In 1909, AC Spark Plug became a division of the General Motors Company. Like our banana and Peppermint Pattie, we cannot take credit for its design but found it while doing research for our new signs.

The AC Spark Plug...
The AC Spark Plug sign is quite different from the other signs I have. The "Jack" in the cracker jack sign blushed, the dog put his paws over his eyes. The Planters Peanuts man dropped his Monical. Smokey the bear started a forest fire . I like it better than the little girl with the sun tan oil.
