It’s like they know...
Figured got lucky with the first mystery box. Just got my second, and it’s as if they know what I need. Best part is the things you didn’t realize you needed to improve a dull layout. Some of the things they put in the box may seem like throwaways at first, then you realize they can be used in more ways than they were originally intended. Really amping up the enjoyment for working on my layout even in the dead of summer.

Well, they can’t all be winners…
This was my first Mystery box, so perhaps my expectations were too high The gondola car was a pleasant surprise but the rest was, for me kind of meh. Nonetheless, I will keep the subscription going because I like Midwest Model Railroad. They have always treated me right.

Great first...
Was hesitating on pulling the trigger on this, but if the first box is anything to go by, I'm glad I did. You always go to the hobby shop looking for the big items, this complemented that with enough detail items I didn't realize I needed to help bring more life to my layout.

The best purchase ever!
So if you are building your layout or you've already established your "empire", the mystery box is for me, always welcomed! This is my 3rd box and I haven't been disappointed in way! My layout is in a 10x12 room and is currently under construction. As we all do, the layout has been "blue printed" and the items that come in the box are things I was going to need anyway( buildings, scenery, details, and of course more rolling stock) to add to the layout. For a monthly price of $99.99 your getting at least $125.00 of "goodies"! You can't go wrong with this deal.
