  The coupler comes detached from the truck. Screws are provided to attach the couplers ... but ... the screws (tiny as they are) are larger than the holes. It is necessary to purchase a "Tap and Drill" set: two teeny-tiny tools to enlarge the hole to accommodate the teeny tiny screws. It's easier to glue the coupler to the truck. Micro-trains perhaps should sell the trucks as two different products: with couplers already attached or detached
