Description
This car with Barber Roller Bearing trucks was built in 1979 for the East Camden
& Highland Railroad as part of the Incentive Per-Diem program. To encourage the
return of the boxcars, short line railroads, like EACH, could charge a per diem, or
daily fee, until the cars were returned. Eventually it made its way into the Quebec
Central fl eet of cars.
