Description
These 4,780 cu. ft. capacity three-bay covered hoppers were originally built for the Louis Dreyfus Corporation, and later obtained by the David J. Joseph Company. The David J Joseph Co., owned by Nucor since 2008, is primarily a scrap metal broker for metal recycling, but it also specializes in other transportation of raw materials.

Pair of Evans 4,780 Covered Hoppers. David J Joseph.
These are great. Excellent weathering and graffiti. The only thing I have to do with these is add M-T etched metal crossover platforms, body mount #1016 couplers and Barber Roller Bearing trucks that have the mounting hole centered in the frame. Great purchase!
