Vallejo 70-470 Gloss Medium 17 ml Bottle Gloss Medium extends the colors, increases their fluidity and transparence, and softens the blending of brushstrokes. It heightens the flexibility of the colors, and their adhesion to the surface. Does not yellow or change tonality of the color. Can also be used as a binder for dry pigment.

Shiny...
Used this for fast puddles on my layout. Thin it down and let gravity do the rest. 2nd coat full strength and brush in the ripples. Works great.
