SNAPS! is a new product that we have developed and manufactured in-house here at ACCU-LITES, Inc. SNAPS! is a EZ wiring connector for the Tortoise Slow Motion Switch Machine. It is composed of a connector that SNAPS onto the Tortoise and a 8 position wiring block for wiring up the Tortoise! SNAPS! now have a new connector requiring no shims!

Time...
No soldering needed to hookup Tortoise switch machines and you can easily change the wires around if needed. (I am an obsessive color coder). One caution: Make sure you order the correct items. There is a very small difference in the contact spacing between older and newer Tortoise machines. The connector will seem to fit fine, but contacts will short out. I burned up several motor drivers before I realized what was happening.

Can't beat this.
These are great. Saves time and if you ever have to replace a switch machine the job is much faster and easier.
