Pre-Order Due Date: December 4th 2025
Most manufacturers give a Pre Order ETA which can be seen near the 'add to cart' button. They also give a due date which is indicative of when the product is expected to go into production.
Please note that the software forces us to leave the "In Stock" banner up for the product to be orderable. Any pre order that says "In Stock" is not actually in stock, as denoted by the bigger "PRE-ORDER" banner.
There is a 5% NON-refundable deposit for preorders, this amount will be deducted from the price of the product when it arrives. You will see how much downpayment is required after adding the item to your cart.
For any pre-order submitted after the due date, we will try our best to fulfill your order, but are at the mercy of the manufacturer and if they produce more than were preordered by their dealers.
Pre-Orders will show a 0 shipping cost now, and shipping will be included on your invoice at time of product arrival.
When the product(s) are available to ship, you will receive an invoice via email and text through Intuit QuickBooks for the remaining 95%. Message and data rates may apply.

We at Broadway Limited Imports are excited to introduce an incredibly unique addition to the HO scale passenger car market: Instruction and Exhibit Cars!
Instruction and Exhibit Cars were among the most distinctive passenger cars ever built, with each one designed for a unique role. Instruction cars were used primarily for employee training—helping railroaders learn about equipment, safety procedures, and handling hazardous materials. Exhibit cars served the public, offering traveling displays that highlighted railroad history, safety awareness, and career opportunities. Together, these cars represented both education and outreach, making them a fascinating and memorable part of railroad history.
These specialized cars are based on our modified coach tooling originally developed for the 1947 American Freedom Train. Since every prototype instruction and exhibit car was custom-built and truly one-of-a-kind, it isn’t possible to reproduce each one exactly. Instead, we’ve adapted our proven 80’ coach design to capture the look and spirit of these distinctive cars—while keeping them affordable and accessible to modelers.
In this production run, we’re offering several road names that will stand out on any layout. The highlight is NS Exhibit Car #27, which still operates today, traveling to special events. Inside, visitors can find displays featuring models of Norfolk Southern’s Heritage locomotives, an engineer simulator, and even a photo booth. This car makes a perfect companion to our Norfolk Southern Executive F-units, arriving this fall.
