Pre-cut structure kit, milled in styrene, laser cut in white acrylic and self-adhesive micro-plywood, including all building and Drive-Thru parts, window glazing, logo signs, logo decals and detailed assembly instructions with pictures.
Parking lot base, cars, patio furniture and fence are not included.
This is a must for modelers of the current era.
Some model building and painting skills required.

Starbucks...
The kit is not recommended for an inexperienced builder. The instructions are confusing at best, e.g., the wall referred to as the back wall is a side wall as far as I’m concerned. I had to repair the front wall which was cracked into 3 pieces during shipment.
