HO scale Nickel Silver Plated Brass Insulated Wheelsets
- These wheels follow NMRA RP-25 standards. One wheel is insulated from the all-metal axle, and the entire wheel is non-magnetic.
- Tread width is .110"
- The axle length is 1.006" (=/- .004").
- Wheel diameter is .378"
- 33" Wheels are used on 50 & 70 ton capacity cars (CAPY approximately 150,000 lbs or less.

INTERMOUNTAIN 33" WHEEL SET
Here's a great alternative to the Kadde brand replacement and the Walthers Proto 2k wheel. The big thing here is cost per wheel. Your going to need 4 wheels per piece of rolling stock and if you have multiple pieces your going to convert you might be wise to consider trying these on the older Athearn Blue Box or Yellow Box Accurail kits.

Following the review of a fellow modeler who has purchased and used these wheels on Accurail rollingstock with satisfaction I purchased these with satisfaction also. I would also like to compare the cost to others and IMHO this is a better value. Try a set on your rolling and see if you don't experience a difference. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Keep those wheels rolling.

Good value for the money.
After reading what other modelers said about these Intermountain Wheel Sets I said for the money and number of wheels offered why not. All the cars I installed the wheel sets on roll very nice reducing the rolling resistance considerably. A good buy with more to be bought and installed.
