Kato and Woodland® have teamed up with a brand new project to make it easier than ever for modelers to get into scenery and layout building, thanks to T-Trak(TM) and UNITRAK! These special T-Trak module kits are made by Woodland using their SubTerrain Lightweight Layout System®! Each SubTerrain T-Trak kit is made from lightweight, sculpt-able foam with wooden reinforcements that make them easy to assemble, transport, and shape into your desired form!     I tried a bunch of these and they varied a bit in quality where I had to carve out a bit more room for the track end plates but nothing too difficult. I used the glue dots to affix the felt-foil but had some trouble with a few and wound up gluing them down. They are lightweight but I don’t know how well the styrofoam will hold up to “rough” handling. I’m in for 4 corners and 10 singles.

    I am using this lightweight module system to make a two deck railroad! Subway system I am using T-Trak modules for the subway and the lightweight Foam T-Track modules for the upper level which will be my city scene.

    I was pleased with the constructive of the kit. It really was though out. I haven’t been able to put the kit together as I just got out of the hospital. I’ll let you know how things go. Thanks for supporting the hobby!
