Here’s a 2-in-1 structure from two Victorian brothers who had separate shops in their shared building. Outside hanging signs and window signs for “Hoit’s Hardware” and “Sid’s Shoes” are included In the center of the front are double doors opening onto stairs leading to apartments above. Examples of this style and “duplex” type of building can be seen in towns and cities across the country. Wall tabs and slots, separate, pre-colored, self-locating windows and doors, and only the front brick to paint, make construction a breeze. Clear window material plus text and photo instructions are included as is a black roof with cast-in details.

Brothers...
Another great kit, as are all Lunde models. Finely cut molds have produced excellent detail. I've built 7 of them and enjoy every one. Only problem is that the paper protecting the "glazing" has stuck to it.

Excellent detail and overall...
I ordered two N scale kits including the Brothers Block, #16. I am pleased with the quality, details and ease of asssembly. I painted the brickwork and added window details and left other exterior details as shipped and it complements the small town layout well. These kits are higher priced than competitors but the ease of assembly is worth the extra in most cases. And the instructions and suggestions are on point and very comprehensive. No regrets!
