DIMENSIONS: 3” x 1.75” x 3.5”
Its three story stature can be found nationwide in both. And its perfectly-proportioned architecture, from the turn of 18th to 19th centuries, is appropriate for any era. Stilmore Books includes separate, self-locating windows and doors, pre-cast in color. Side and rear walls are cast in correct "common brick" color and have tab and slot locators for simplified assembly. Stone-color areas on the fronts can be left as they are or cornice and street levels can be painted to replicate iron/sheet metal, which is more typical. Only front brick areas require painting. Black roof with cast-in details, A/C unit are included, as are clear window material and photo/text instructions.

ANOTHER GREAT KIT--STILMORE BOOKS
I just finished assembling, painting, detailing and placing this new Lunde Studios building on my N scale layout. The kit is typical of the excellent quality one expects of Lunde Studios kits. The four-wall casting are crisp and finely detailed... bricks, cornices, et Certa. The slot and tab construction on two of the four corners helps ensure a square construction. The two mitered corners did require some finessing to ensure good clean corners. That aside, I enjoyed assembling and painting this building and would highly recommend this kit to any N scale modeler regardless of the era modeled... a well-executed kit!!!

Beautiful structure as are all Lunde kits. Requires an intricate paint job. Well worth the effort.
