Its architectural style suits any era, as it still is found nation-wide in abundance. This center-of-the-block building (did the name give that away per chance?) boasts an elegance derived from its beautiful proportion and perfect balance of detail and simplicity. Center Ctr includes separate, self-locating windows and doors, pre-cast in color. Side and rear walls are cast in correct "common brick" color. Stone-color areas on the front can be left as they are or cornice and street levels can be painted to replicate iron/sheet metal, which is more typical. Only front brick areas require painting. Tab and slot locators and precisely machined 45° angles provide easy assembly of wall corners. A black roof with cast-in hatches is included as are clear window material and photo/text instructions.
