Midwest...
I bought a MRC remote throttle from Midwest . When I received it the knob was broken and wouldn't stay on the controller. I called Midwest and was disappointed by their response. They pretty much washed their hands of it. I contacted MRC, described the issue and Midwest's response. MRC sent me a new dial without question. To bad Midwest doesn't take care of their customers like that. Midwest is now just another supplier I will never order from again. The remote works great I wish that they were available a lot sooner

Not as smooth as the throttlepack…except when...
When I hooked up my handheld and moved the dial I was greeted with a jump to moving. There was nothing, then power, like it skipped a number and started when the throttle reached number 2. Not smooth at all. The dial positions are completely different between the handheld and the main throttle also. This would not be a problem but when you shift back to the main from the handheld you are to set both throttles the same so as to avoid a rapid change. Using momentum is the remedy to the quick starts. With momentum on, it is fun to use.
