This gondola was built in mid-1952 for Canadian Pacific and used in general service. In the mid-1970s, it was painted into the newly rebranded CP Rail scheme. Incorporated in 1881, Canadian Pacific Railway is one of the largest Class 1 Railroads in Canada, owning over 12,000 miles of track in Canada and the United States.
