All about the Katy: Climb aboard for an illustrated tour of one of the most scenic rail routes in the Midwest! This hardcover book focuses on the Missouri-Kansas-Texas ‘Katy’ Railroad’s routes across Missouri (the Show-Me State) and southeastern Kansas.

While the book features images of the railroad’s operations from the 1960s onward, the main focus is on the 1980s and the years leading up to the Union Pacific merger of ‘88. 

Enjoy more than 330 action-packed photographs of freight trains winding through prairies and small towns, below towering bluffs, across big rivers, and through the only tunnel on the MKT system!
