Description
Add an SB5 to your Power Cab when you need more track power. The SB5 can supply 5 Amps of track power while freeing up your Power Cab for true walk around control. The SB5 accommodates up to 6 throttles plus an additional 3 cab bus accessories such as AIU, USB or Mini-panels. An internationally approved 12/13.8volt 5 Amp power supply is included.

Perfect upgrade to Power Cab system!
Super easy conversion from Power cab layout, literally 3 plug swaps and the layout is ready to go. Now I can run massive consists without the loco having not enough current!

Needs Provision for...
Booster functions fine with my Power Cab but it would be better if the booster was manufactured with a provision to mount into a panel. Since the booster weighs very little the Cab Buss cable will pull the booster out of position with the slightest tug. I had to use some zip ties to secure the booster.
