The Cape Fear Saw Mill is a backwoods saw mill that can fit in any rural locale. It has some unique features and many details for a "front-of-the-layout" structure.
Of course, the structure could serve a variety of other purposes - such as a maintenance shop, workshop, or small commercial structure.
