Piney Brook Transfer Station structure depicts a common warehouse or transfer station that can sit trackside or in an industrial or urban setting. Its common look will fit a variety of industrial uses as a warehouse, transfer station, or small manufacturing facility.

The structure is designed from injection-molded stone wall sections. The kit includes wall pieces, laser-cut roof, laser-cut freight dock & roofing, laser-cut windows and trim pieces, window glazing, roofing materials, and scale stripwood & styrene strip. It also includes an injection-molded details sprue that includes a variety of other details such as loading dock, chimneys, roof exhausts, staircases, and boiler assembly.

The sample model shown was masterfully built by Jeff Grove.
