Bad product, even worse customer...
The product is described on your website as ""tab and slot construction for easy assembly," but in reality is anything but. It is essentially a house of cards with very tiny tabs that the instructions point out must be assembled through the use of cyanoacrylate glue, aka super glue, which is not only difficult to work with but toxic as well. I almost passed out from the fumes and do not intend to try again I contacted your store and asked if I could return the item for store credit, and offered to pay for the return shipping. He readily agreed, but one day later, a different representative named Katie wrote back to inform me her colleague was mistaken and a return could not be accepted was assembly of an item had been attempted. She offered no discount or other compensation of any kind, and in a subsequent exchange of messages seemed unfamiliar with the product or your ad, and completely indifferent to my dissatisfaction. I have purchased items from your store in the past but will not do so again, and will certainly discourage others from doing so if I get the opportunity, I have written this off as a bad online purchase of a product that was not as described from a seller that seems not to care at all about its customers.
