70-Ton Barber Roller Bearing Generator Caboose Trucks with power pickup is a pair of our all-new roller bearing trucks as seen on Tangent’s SOU Gantt Bay Window Road Cabooses.  These trucks have a separately installed brake beam part, and power pickup with wires attached.  The right axle of one side of one truck features a ‘Safety Electrical’ brand axle mounted generator, in either a horizontal or vertical mount.  (You choose, based on your prototype — both part options included!)  This makes them perfect for your own caboose projects!  The trucks contain CNC-machined blackened brass wheels, and we are pleased to offer this new truck in both .110” Standard tread and .088” Semi scale tread versions.
