These are wheelie...
Nyuk, nyuk...ok these wheels are the go-to sets for rolling stock. Insulted on onside, perfect for electrical pickup for caboose lighting or passenger car lighting, tender pickup etc. With a little weathering they look realistic. I blackened version of these would be ideal as well....But you'll always win with Walthers!
