Woodland Scenics Static King
This is great for applying static grass. It was easy to use and the results are outstanding. The mall sieve was cracked when received it. I did not want to return the whole thing, so I called Wood Land Scenics and they are sending me a new one, at no cost. Great customer service.

Woodland Scenics Static King.
This thing is awesome. I also purchased the power supply for it though so don’t know much about its performance with batteries. But I purchased a cheapo version previously and thought I would just end up not placing grass on my layout due to its poor performance. Glad I gave this one a try. Very impressed by ease of use and happy to have those added layers of realism. Really impressive.

Excellent tool. Easy to use and does a great job. Doesn't come with a 9 volt battery so need to pick one up if not buying the power adaptor.

Woodland Scenic Static Grass...
There are lots of applicators in the market, but investing in the Woodland Scenic Applicator is a game changer. Scenery is at a different level w realism. Applying different sizes and colors of flock evenly is easy, efficient and precise. Highly recommended.

Lots of things I like about the Static...
I haven’t used it a lot yet but I really like the features it has. It’s easy to load the static grass in and the different sieve sizes seem to work really well. Another thing I like is that the ground cord that you attach to the weight on the layout is rigid where it comes out of the static king. So it’s not draping down right next to the static kind and getting in the way as you try to put the grass down. The wire is also very flexible. I find holding the power cord & ground wire with one hand and shaking the applicator with the other works really well.
