This is resin printer to show the high detail levels of the model.

These N Scale Doublewide Trailer #2 are 3D resin printed, high detail models. But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbyist like you are!
These may come on printing sprues, shipping sprues, or already apart.
As with all 3D printed models there can be printing artifacts that may have to be sanded or filled. Think of 3d prints as old school model building. Most issues will be very minor becuase major flaws will not be sold by us but minor flaws are accepted by the industry.
To help remove printing sprues wash part under hot water to warm it up.
The sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
These are not painted.

Looks very much like a mobile home. Only issue is getting the steps to line up properly

Doublewide
I purchased this one recently and pleased with it construction and looks. If you are going to paint it use a sprayer. Brushing just doesn't work well.
