I built a bunch of these pairs for crossovers into my layout. Several developed loose connections between point tips and slide block resulting in the points not holding tight against rail causing flanges to catch and derail. One switch had the point rail fall out completely. I've replaced many with Peco. More expensive, but in my opinion worth it. Peco motors are far superior also.

Good Turnout
I usually build my own turnouts but I was short on supplies, so I bought this one instead. It works as it should. Quick and easy replacement.
