Description
A typical modern small strip mall you will find in most towns and cities.
To save layout space, this kit is just a storefront for use against the backdrop.
This kit includes all building parts and signs milled in white and black styrene plastic, clear window glazing, and decals. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting.
Some model building and painting skills are required.

The building is identical to item # ML-002, but has different store logos. Combined with ML-002 it creates an L-shaped mall to fit in a layout corner.
Or combine it with the other mall backdrop buildings to create a mall complex.
