Works...
Works great, just remember to plug it into power. I remember to plug it into the computer USB port but sometimes I forget to plug in power from 120V source and then wonder why my loco isn't responding.

Great tool to have.
So far it has worked with all the different brands of decoders i own. I am using it for both decoder programming and layout to PC connectivity. Works great.
