Jackson Railcar MTI1010 - Bubba's Bait Shop - N Scale Kit

Get all your fishing geer and bait at 'Bubba's Bait Shop'. This is a small structure with lots of character. Fits great on a pier along with 'Durwood's Fishing Tours'. It includes laser cut walls, doors, windows, BAIT sign, and a stairway. It has a 3D printed HVAC system that you can arrange in any orientation. The stairway can be next to the building as shown, or perpendicular to the wall, depending on your layout. All graphics are included as well as black construction paper for the tar paper roof. The building shown was built by Raul Perez. Raul made this one look like it's seen better days, but still stands out on any layout! Good build for someone new to the hobby and new to N scale!
