These loads have a magnet embedded in them to aid the load in staying on the rolling stock.
This magnet was specifically chosen to be powerful enough to keep the load on the car but to also be easily removable.

Center beam...
This is a great product much needed to fill our flat cars. It fits the car perfectly and the magnet keep it in place. I hope that this is just a great start for other loads.
