Found near coastlines, these ocean buoys convey navigational, weather, and safety information to crews aboard boats and ships. This pack contains five buoys for use in dioramas or layouts. The bottom of the buoy is designed to be partly submerged in the resin when you pour it to form water. If you wish to mimic strong swells, place the buoy at a slight angle before pouring the water.
