The (grass) mats from Lars op 't Hof Scenery provide a realistic and versatile foundation for your model landscape.
Thanks to the thin yet sturdy paper backing, the mats are easy to work with. For fixing them in place, we recommend using MIFOTACK! adhesive, applied to a clean, non-glossy surface.

Each product is carefully crafted entirely by hand by Lars. Handy filters for season and grass length allow you to see exactly what you need for your project at a glance. Ideal for modelers looking to create realistic landscapes.

The mats also combine perfectly with other products from Lars, such as grass tufts, grass fibers, bushes, and scatter materials. This makes it easy to create a beautifully cohesive and natural-looking scene.

+ Application instructions
• Tear, cut, or slice the mat to the desired size.
• For complex shapes, it is advisable to first create a paper template and transfer its contours onto the mat's paper backing.
• Apply white glue or MIFOTACK! to the underside of the mat using a brush.
• You can dilute the glue with a little water if necessary. For MIFOTACK!, the ratio is 1 part water to 4–5 parts glue; this makes the adhesive easier to spread with a brush.
• Place the mat in the desired location and press down lightly. Pay extra attention to the edges of the mat. • Wait until the adhesive begins to dry and press the mat down again.
• Once the adhesive has fully cured, any seams between the mats can be concealed using peat, grass clumps, weeds, and/or shrubs from the product range.
