The Kit: The Kit is made of Laser-cut, tab-and-slot, peel-and-stick, wood, and fiber board parts with cast metal detail parts. It also includes vintage advertising signs from different eras so you can customize the kit to your time period. Figures and scenery are not included. Kit size: 2"L x 1-1/4"W x 1-5/8"H

Great small building...
This was another spot on layout that needed something there. So found this little Ice cream shop. Kit looks really great. Plenty of detail to decorate store. Kit is fairly simply to assemble. Looks great when finished. Pleased with product.
