1928 Bungalow HO Scale Craftsman Kit. From the Southern Pacific Heritage Series, this building served as a Signal Maintainer's House in the western states. It looks great as a typical Bungalow from the 1920s in Florida or California. This kit contains laser cut wood and cardstock parts, Molded Terra Cotta and simulated Tar Paper roofing. 3D printed windows. Window awnings are included. The kit does not contain paint or stucco. Landscaping is not included.
