The Rix Maxwell Ave. House kit is modeled after mid western homes built during the 1930s and 1940s. House kit come in three versions. Kit number 201 is a small house with no porch. Molded in styrene plastic, this kit features clapboard walls, asphalt shingle roofing, brick foundation, chimney, doors, steps, and window material. Dimensions: 22 x 28 scale feet / 3" x 3-7/8"
