Based on the Oliver Plantation store built in 1908. The store was still in use in the late 1980’s. Kit includes laser cut plywood walls, laser cut windows and doors, BIS corrugated roofing. roll roofing and a sign sheet with different names for the structure. Footprint: 3.5" x 4.25".
