Rail Scale Models HO-2135 - Cape Fear Company House (3-pack) - HO Scale Kit

The Cape Fear Company House 3-Pack is a set of backwoods rural labor houses that can fit in a logging area, mining area, or other rural industrial setting.  There are three (3) identical structures - with some variation of a few walls with window and door placement to create a unique look.  There is both tarpaper roofing and corrugated metal strip for roof-top covering, and there is a variety of stripwood to create front and/or rear porches and porch roof coverings. 

Included in the kit is the Rail-Scale-Models staircase stringer kit and assembly jig - to assist in assembly of staircase details.  Windows, doors, and roof-top smoke pipes are from Tichy.  Also included is a laser-cut outhouse structure assembly - for residents to "take care of their business".
 
Footprint for each structure: 2" x 2.5" x 2.25" high
