    Best Substrate...

    I had been stumped for awhile on finding a simple easy way to give my CMON Zombicide Survivor Miniatures a base that wasn't boring or ridiculous. I had seen all kinds of bases with painted on stones, stuck on fake plants, and other silliness. I wanted something that would enhance, not detract attention away from the Survivor but would also be durable enough to be able to use in regular play. So, I tried out Vallejo 26214 - Diorama Effects - Black Lava-Asphalt and I am thrilled with the results. Super-easy to apply and ties right into the city-based theme of the game. Easy to dry-brush accents on without little skill required. Does not prevent minis from being able to snap on to colorful bases for quick character identification and coordination.

    I LOVE Vallejo 26214 - Diorama Effects - Black Lava-Asphalt. After much debating over what to use for a base on my Zombicide miniature Survivors, I purchased this on whim just to try it out. Easy to put on. Easy clean up. Incredible results.
