  Wheels Are Supposed To Make The Boxcar Go Round

  I wanted to like this Katy Boxcar, but when it arrived, 3 of the 4 wheels had broken off from the truck. I contacted Midwest and they said It happens because Value Trains pack them too tight, and to Just Put Them Back On. Well, 3 weeks later and I still don't have a functioning boxcar. Oh well, lesson learned
