Athearn Genesis 1566 - UTC 33K LPG Tank Car MBLX 34289 - N Scale
Athearn Genesis N-scale freight cars unquestionably rank among the best in the hobby. This 33K gallon LPG tank car is a great example of excellence. It's a beauty, and it rolls smoothly with its metal wheel sets. The applied details are extremely fine, as is the paint job and extra fine printing! The double-shelf knuckle couplers look good. The hazardous materials placards are nice as are the sharp conspicuity stripes. The etched metal walkway and fine grabs are over the top fine! This is a contemporary era LPG car, and it'll look great on a modern era layout. The car easily rates Five stars!
