These loads have a magnet embedded in them to aid the load in staying on the rolling stock.
This magnet was specifically chosen to be powerful enough to keep the load on the car but to also be easily removable.

Jackson rail at lumber...
These loads are a much needed item for anyone modeling the lumber industry. The loads look great and fit the micro train center beam car perfect. I hope that they expand to other flats that have been produced. A great product and fills a void.
