Now I know what a wiring loom is!
Bought this mostly to see what it was. It’s two sets of color-coded wires with connectors on each end. Each set can connect the contacts on the Peco PL- 10 series turnout motors to a power supply and a Peco PL-26 or other type of SPDT toggle switch. Based on looking at the contacts, it's likely they could also be used to connect to the contacts of the Peco PL-13 & possibly the PL-15 accessory switches which attach to their turnout motors. Each wire has connectors on one end while the other end just has about a quarter of an inch of insulation stripped off the wire, and looks to be maybe around 12” long. The product is well-made. The primary use I can see for me is to make a turnout easily removable vs. soldering wires to the turnout motor. But I’m pretty sure I could find similar slip-on connectors and make my own for less money and not that much time. I guess they could be helpful to a neophyte to understand how to wire the turnout motors. There’s a drawing on the back which shows the connections between the various components clearly.
